Regular Exams & Cleanings

Routine checkups are an essential part of maintaining excellent oral health. Each visit generally includes cleaning, polishing and plaque removal to keep your teeth healthy.

Your dentist also performs a complete examination to ensure your mouth, teeth and gums remain healthy.

Regular examinations are available by appointment only, so please contact Central Dental to schedule your next visit.

Fluoride
Fluoride Treatment

Fluoride

Fluoride treatments strengthen tooth enamel and help prevent cavities by reducing tooth decay and plaque build-up.

Treatments only take a few minutes and may be recommended every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on your dentist's recommendation.

After treatment, patients are generally advised not to rinse, eat or drink for approximately 30 minutes.

Restorative Dentistry

Fillings

Fillings are the traditional method of repairing tooth decay and restoring damaged teeth.

Conventional fillings may be made from gold, porcelain or composite materials. Modern composite fillings blend naturally with your teeth, restoring both strength and appearance.

Direct fillings are generally completed in a single appointment, while indirect fillings such as inlays and onlays may require two or more visits.
